Non-scale victory of the week!

Workout clothes are looser, legs feel stronger! Started to be able to fit into old clothes. Feel like I have a whole new wardrobe!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Meal prepped yesterday and today! Now feeling more comfortable in some old clothes after losing about 20lbs since December . Also went to the museum and was able to get around easily without having to take lots of sit down breaks!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t eat much yesterday for lunch but only because my work meeting usually provides lunch but the chef was out. Had an orange and protein snack instead. I would’ve liked a more balanced meal. Also it looks like I’ve plateaued in my weight. Terrible timing.

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My son just started preschool and gets sick a lot and then gets me sick sometimes twice a month so someone is always sick. Makes it hard to keep up with meal prep and gym time when either my son or myself are sick
