Non-scale victory of the week!

I took a long walk both yesterday and today It totally paid off and I won this Diet Bet!! my jeans are looser and my confidancenis way up!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Tracking every day I stayed on point with plate it and my water but was lousy at tracking although I was very mindful

Non-scale victory of the week!

my jeans are feeling pretty darn loose! I have good energy despite being on my period. I’ve used “No thanks I’m GOOD!” a number of times and it has helped me so much! I am wearing shirts that were previously too tight / not appropriate!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well, I bought all the great 2B choices at the store. However, I failed to mea prep all of what I intended to. Taking the lesson to buy shortcuts next time perhaps

“NO THANKS, I’M GOOD!” I used this phrase from Ilana’s book to pass up ordering lunch out,pizza and beer! This helps me feel so confident.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

hmmm….could have focused more on drinking more water by the afternoon because I have to pee so much in the night!!

made a delicious Turkey soup with just Turkey and veggies that will be a great 2B Mindset dinner!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

well, I am getting back into 2B mindset. I’ve been exercising, but didn’t this weekend (except for yesterday - Sunday). I want to be exercising every day except Sunday to meal prep. I am doing Live It Up on BOD.

I’ve really cut back on the alcohol and also been making really great choices food wise. I actually want to do this and have been really happy and satisfied. Thanks, Ilana and 2B Mindset!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Wake up earlier so I have more time to get ready, so I have more time to pack my lunch and get ihh it out the door on time, so I am able to get home on time and cook a 2B Mindset “Plate It” dinner and spend time with my son.

Non-scale victory of the week!

meal prepping a bunch of roasted veggies. threw away full bags of junk food/unhealthy choices. didn’t eat half a block of cheese when I felt like it. went for 3 bites Greek yogurt instead.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

well, I’m just starting today but have been half a$$ (at least) thinking of eating better. this weekend, I had a dry Friday and Saturday night but had some wine on Sunday because I was tired and just wanted to relax. next time I’ll go for the hot tea.

This photo is my goal weight. My goals for the week are to track all my food and drinks, drink 100 oz. (4 Shakeology shaker cups) of water every day and keep my food nutrition to “water first, veggies most”.

Cinched my belt one notch tighter! Stayed CONSISTENT in my MM100 workouts. I’ve done 17/100 so far. Inwas actually “Veggies Most” not veggies some! Consistently tracked except one day this weekend.

I started doing Morning Meltdown 100 (MM100) yesterday! It is a commitment to do 100 workouts (trying to do this over 100 days) also following 2B Mindset. I consider my re-commitment to my nutrition plan a victory!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I actually felt pretty good and kinda sexy in my outfit yesterday. It’s amazing what losing just a little bit can do for your overall mindset and view about yourself. Although the scale went up slightly today, I know why (ate later, not as much sleep and had an FFC at dinner last night) because I wrote it all down in my 2B Mindset Tracker. I feel confident I can make today a maintain day because I have a social outing tonight and I plan to look up and decide on what I am ordering ahead of time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Soent less time on my cell phone and more time cleaning and organizing my house. I know that when my house is in order I feel better and do better at the rest of life, including weightloss.
