meal prepping a bunch of roasted veggies. threw away full bags of junk food/unhealthy choices. didn’t eat half a block of cheese when I felt like it. went for 3 bites Greek yogurt instead.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
well, I’m just starting today but have been half a$$ (at least) thinking of eating better. this weekend, I had a dry Friday and Saturday night but had some wine on Sunday because I was tired and just wanted to relax. next time I’ll go for the hot tea.

This photo is my goal weight. My goals for the week are to track all my food and drinks, drink 100 oz. (4 Shakeology shaker cups) of water every day and keep my food nutrition to “water first, veggies most”.
