  • The final weigh out is coming up and I honestly don’t know where I stand. I was away for the past 4 days without a scale and won’t know my weight until tomorrow morning. The most important thing of all is knowing that signing up for this dietbet certainly made me more conscious and definitely will leave me with a weight loss from when I started, whether it’s the 4% goal or not. Plus the $35 was certainly a worthy investment because I ended up saving more than that by being more focused. For example, packing food in advance for the plane rather than getting something on the plane or in the airport, not ordering the extra cocktails, and convincing my husband that we didn’t need to order the appetizers and dessert when out. I am so thankful for the experience and am definitely going to sign up for the next one for all these reasons and more. Plus, I’m still hoping I’ll win!!! Where is everyone else holding? What positive outcomes have you gotten from the experience?

Yes! Couldn’t agree with you more. I’ve definitely become more intentional and self aware. I’ve realized the food for that meal is enough, I don’t need all the extras. I’ve also learned that certain cocktails cause me to have inflammation and it’s not worth the bloat the next day. So glad I signed up for this & will be in the next one


I lost about half of what I had intended to lose. But I’ve learned that I don’t need snacks and a lot of the time it’s emotional or boredom eating. I’ve become more focused on trying to stay busy and the two bunnies!

Ugh, last two days I've gone up. I can't lose 6 lbs by weigh in. Way to much treating and not enough DINTEO! Probably not reaching my goal but I still want to finish strong and proud. I think it's also time of month soon. That could be part reason. How do you keep control around this time, ladies?

For those of you who use paper planners/journals to track health and fitness, what do you use? Looking for a way to log my meals, activity, and moods but can’t seem to find a planner that works well and isn’t crazy expensive. Thanks in advance!

  • 2B Mindset tracker for me but I use the iBooks version not the paper. If you have a Beachbody coach, ask them about ordering one or message me and I can send you info.


Check out "Bullet Journaling." You can custom your journal with all kinds of things and make it your own. It helps organize many aspects of your life if you stay on top of it.
Good luck regardless of what you choose. You can do this!

  • There is a pack of cookies on my kitchen table totally testing my self-control. However, I refuse to let the cookies win. I am full and satisfied from lunch so I have no need to snack, especially on chocolate chip cookies. So I made myself a yummy cup of coffee and am going to distract myself by planning our next Disney vacation. What are you doing today to resist temptation?

  • Okay here's another one today.
    Hopefully the directions are okay.

    1/2 cup cauli -rice steamed for 3 min. in microwave.

    Give your non stick skillet a good spray. Medium heat.

    Whisk 2 eggs and then add in the cauli-rice and whisk.
    Pour into skilket.
    Let cook in skillet 5 min.
    Flip and add toppings, put a lid on and melt the cheese. You could put it in the oven or in toaster oven to melt.
    I added 1 tbls sauce, 1/4 cup mozx. Cheese (some under some on top), pepperoni, mini pepper, mushrooms, Mrs dash and garlic powder.

0.7 away from goal! I have snackable veggies and lean meat for the fourth of July! Company tonight- I made a regular lasagna and a zucchini lasagna for me and fellow bunnies ;) vacation at the end of the diet bet but stocking up on snackable veggies so I'm mostly on track throughout. I know I've got this!

Any tips for post work binge or post diner binge.

Had a small muffin after dinner and I’m trying everything in my power to not have an other. Yes I know... out of sight out of mind . But they’re there!!
Anyways, tried to read some of the forum on here did some scrolling for Inspo!!

Anyways, does anyone have any mindfulness things for bingeing or what to do?!
Drinking water chewing gum doesn’t help.

Once I get it in my mind it’s like need to have it.....

Flavored tea, go for a walk, hang a goal outfit or motivational pic/quote on your fridge/pantry. Count 5...4...3...2...1.... and then make the choice grab it or walk away
