Scale was up 1.2 pounds this morning. And I’m heading into a day where I was going to treat to keep this journey sustainable. Now I’m second-guessing my planned treats. I’m going to drink my water and journal this out. Hope you all have a great day!

  • Sorry for all the posts I’m playing catch up with them. I decided for my workout today to do the sample workout out Fire & Flow. It was a good sweaty one!!! I can’t wait to try out the whole program once it’s out. Nutrition on point ; Water is at 154 ounces and Tracker is complete and I’m Dinner & Done!!!

MM100 was my all-time favorite program and although I really don’t care for barre workouts, Elise got me enjoying Barre Blend, too. So the combination of Jericho and Elise is amazing.

Great information. Super interesting about metabolism. I’m in 40 and noticed big change in my body past few years. Heard it’s really important to focus on weight training in 40’s and beyond. Now I know why.

Miss the call but I am glad I listened to the recording. Being postmenopausal I invested in see a bio identical hormone therapist who dig deeper into my labs than my primary doc and he gave me supplements for my specific body. My husband has been cooking dinner and recently found out he has been adding butter to the olive oil because he heard that it doesn’t smoke. I do have to work a little harder at getting my metabolism going than others but I learned that through trial and error. Don’t get me started with the comparison game. Let’s just say I have to do a lot of talking to myself to remind myself that I am a women and not a little girl.

Needed to hear this, thanks! I always thought weighing myself every day was bad bc if the fluctuations but now after listening to your zoom recoding I started doing it and it’s actually helped me to see more movement on the scale and feel less frustrated. And I try not to get upset when it fluctuates up and it makes me try harder that day to do better the next day!

Hi! 👋 I had a quick drop on my weight on the first week and have been struggling to maintain it since. Not far from the goal but I still have a lot to do loose in the overall picture.

I was a pound below my goal at the middle of week 2 and now I’m 2.2 pounds above from it. Super bummed but know what to do to lose it.

I feel the exact same as Megan!

I ate out a couple times and despite good choices still have seen an increase! Bummer!

Ugh, I’ve gained 4 pounds instead of losing any. Joined the DietBet hoping to get myself back in weight loss mode and it’s just not working, I’m not doing the work the way I need to right now. And it’s okay. I’ve learned good things.

Does anyone find they gain weight the day after a hard workout? I did weights yesterday after a long break and I’m super sore today! I gained a half a pound from yesterday morning’s weigh-in, but I ate really well! I’m quite sure it’s because I’m sore, but I want to hear if anyone else experiences this as well?

I love reading posts and hearing how lots of your experiences are so similar to mine—it reassures me and makes me feel empowered! Thanks groupies!

Try going for a walk. You might just have lactic acid from being so sore so I try to stretch and do a nice walk
