Non-scale victory of the week!
I had a treat night and I didn't go overboard with it I was really proud of myself.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I was kind of down because the scale isn't moving as fast as I'd hoped but it is moving so I'm going to trust the process.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goal is to exercise everyday, I'm getting my 2nd covid shot this week so hopefully it doesn't cause me exeecise issues because I've heard it makes you have body aches etc at least one day.
