Non-scale victory of the week!

Found weighing in stressful as it wouldn't upload, but made me realise how important this is to me! I'm writing everything down, limiting snacks, and drinking more water, and exercising! Just need more veg and to survive until the holidays!

Got back on track with my eating, cut chocolate out and sweeties as need to meet my next goal! Before my holiday... That was bad planning!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I lost half a pound, but it's been a tough week with regards to work stress and my body. I've felt tired and been craving sugar, but tried to hold back on bad choices. It could have been so much worst, and I do feel bloated so all in all happy.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to write everything down, and use next week as a boost for my weightless. Friday treat as side I need to really get ahead for this next round!

I've been really productive, keeping busy keeps my mind off food. If I think im hungry I've been doing some marking. And it's felt great!
