  • Seems like an odd pairing....but I LOVE to eat my leftover spaghetti squash as a sweet meal, rather than savory.
    I take my cold leftovers of squash, and add Stevia sweetened cottage cheese. Then I too with my own blueberry chia “jam”.
    Veggies most, for my breakfast😋

  • Soooooo goooood! Spaghetti squash crust pizza. It's a process tho! And I turned the crust over to bake in the other side because I tried to make it more crunchy.

I have a rough week ahead of me. Gained a few pounds due to weekend hosting with food and drinks.... and am also expecting nature's gift mid week. Going to drink a gallon of water today and already cleansed my refrigerator of the foods I no longer need to indulge in. Any tips to loose 4 pounds this week
