Non-scale victory of the week!

Been trying my hardest to cut out the soda and up my water. Doing a lot better. I needntonfind an alternative to get that sugar soda craving.

Workout more. I was definetly slacking.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Tracking and knowing what to do with food. Thisnis always mybstruggle point. I can portion control good but i still struggle with whats good, whats bad.
