Non-scale victory of the week!

I ate many salads and stayed far more hydrated than usual.

This week, I will do a HIIT treadmill workout everyday once it arrives (starting short then adding time), eat smaller meals more frequently to sustain energy, decrease carbs and increase protein and fat.
