Non-scale victory of the week!

My non scale victory this week was 2 full days of yard work- including moving rock, digging holes, and planting trees- and finding that I was sore, but ok! I could not have done 1/3 of that a year ago, and finding my body is stronger and my knees are better is a huge NSV at 43 years old.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to count calories more carefully and drink more water.
