Non-scale victory of the week!

Stuck with eating healthy. I did not have puzza when the rest of my family did. I did not eat ice cream or Tim Horton’s when I was alone with my daughter. Followed the 10 day blood sugar diet for 6 days so far! I also drank a ton of water!

Stick to the 10 day blood sugar diet for 4 more days, then move on to phase 2. Exercise at least 4 times, clean my house for exercise space and to relieve stress.
