Non-scale victory of the week!
My kids and I were ill and I only went to the gym 1x this last week. BUT I worked to increase my NEAT and be more active at home. Saw calorie dense foods as such instead of blurringvall food together. "Its only 1 pastry" "Its just a tablespoon of oil" "Its just a few chocolates" " Its just a handful of nuts/olives" those bites add up too.

I should have drank more water.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I am constantly in the kitchen preparing food for or cleaning up after my 3 little kids. I graze. And I use food to keep my mood and energy up throughout the day. When I do finally sit down to a healthy meal that I have prepared for my family - I just eat. too. much. ;P
