Non-scale victory of the week!

Normally if I have a bad day it will turn into a bad week, month and so on. This past weekend I did not do well counting calories, but on Monday I refocused and went right back to it. This is a first for me. Not going to lie, this week has been hard but I’ve stuck it out!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Water!!!! I need more water! This is a trend!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been choosing much better food choices to align with my calorie goal for each day. At a restaurant when I wanted pasta I chose a salad which was delicious and satisfying. I always feel better when I make the right choice!

Water! I have not been great on my water intake!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made my family chocolate chip cookies and didn’t have one! They are 130 calories for a small one I just couldn’t justify it! It was hard but I did it and I’m so proud of myself.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to up my water, I’m trying but haven’t hit 100 oz yet and I want to drink that daily!

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I’m sad that I have let myself go so much that I need this. I start and then I have one bad meal and that turns into a bad day, then a bad month and so on. I’m hoping doing this diet bet will get me going in the right direction. This is my first ever diet bet.
