Non-scale victory of the week!

I killed at the gym and working out. I am putting on muscle I believe!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had some pretty bad splurge days that really set me behind. Cutting those out could really help. Espcially the soda.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I actually got on a new mea plan and it is working. it is a little hard but going well. and it is saving me money not eating out all of the time and the cooking had been really ways so far. a lot of oenaut butter has been eaten.

I did have a cheat meal and yesterday was a weird eating meal

I ate really well on the weekend. I didn't go crazy at all, evnthougj I was really hungry.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was sick so my excercise was not good at all. I did get some in so not a complete loss but could have been much better.
