went shopping and I could fit in a size 38 and M/L I used to use 42 and L/XL

I ate really bad. had several days where I ate too much and especially wheat.. I have also been feeling sick so I am going to go to the doctor today to find out what is going on.

Had a cheat Day Friday and again Sunday due to the election. Next week I will control my weekend better. Took a couple of days off from workout due to a pulled muscle. This week I will be back on track.

My chiffon trousers fit - and not only that they are so loose they almost fall down. I am almost down two trouser sizes.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing! I was great - worked out 5 times and did yoga. Could possibly have been drinking more water.

Workout top is much looser. I worked out 5 days. 3 runs and 2 weight workouts. Proud of myself!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Perhaps only had one glass of wine on Saturday instead of two - but I never drink wine. So I think I deserved two glasses. I did a great week!!
