  • Fire & flow workouts this morning!

    The recover & a banana and Greek yogurt bowl with GF granola and stevia drops & unsweetened coconut.

    Lunch is leftover pulled pork and carrots. No FFC right now because I’m full. I’ll either have one for a snack later or swap the plates for lunch / supper!

I genuinely don't know what was different! I followed the recipe the exact same, though I did it in a half batch this time in case I didn't like them again LOL. I'm wondering if taste buds changed or the texture didn't quite blend enough last time, I don't know!
