I was able to walk every day- rain or shine

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My sleep is still a little off this week it was too much later later in the day so that had me up in the night I’ll do my water earlier this weekend

Non-scale victory of the week!

I spent a lot of quality time with my family and had lots of walks with my hubby.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Because it was Christmas/ New Year’s week, I had lots of treats, but I could have done a better job of not buying more goodies!

I’m ready to eat clean and most importantly focus on my sleep. I think that will help me to start each day off and things will be easier from there!!

Deciding to push myself to get to my goal and doubling down on my water!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I would like to have had a slightly higher level of exercise. But I was dealing with some medical issues, so I had to keep it to walking.

Accepting that I am doing the best that I can. Also, having two healthy homemade lunches.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have been wanting a snack after dinner. And ended up nipping here and there. I probably need to just plan on one small thing after dinner and then be done.

I went to my favorite restaurant for my son's celebration dinner after a karate tournament and ordered something really healthy instead of a fattening dish.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have had more water and done more exercise. The weekend was really tough with family plans and meals. So it was harder to stay on track.
