Have been volunteering at church summer camp all week, where they feed us dinner and snacks. I have the menu so I can stick to water first and veggies most. Been turning down desserts, candy, and snacks so I can be dinner and done (which I never would have done before).

Drink water, eat veggies and Shakeology before I go to any parties. Saved me yesterday! Had one slice of pizza and felt satisfied and like I was enjoying food with everyone else but didn’t keep going back for more.

  • Huge NSV. Tried on a pair of pants and capris that fit well. No muffin top and no problem with zipper. I’ve definitely lost inches around my belly cutting back on sugary drinks plus I’m dancing in a musical this summer and in June doing my Pilates’s. Show opens Friday so next week I’ll get back into pilates classes. After the show ends going to try Sweat and Sculpt on Bodi to add in more cardio.
