Non-scale victory of the week!

I can see progress in my entire body again! So happy the holidays are over.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I cooked food for meal prep but never actually prepped the meals.

I exercised 3 times already this week so just focusing on the diet part.

I tracked my food and water, ate amazingly healthy, and exercised.

I didn't meal prep this week so it was rough to time crunch in the morning.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did meal prep for the week AND I fit into a few things I haven't fit in for years.. or ever (some were a gift) !

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I hurt my knee running a few weeks ago and I really want to rest it.. but I dont want to stop running, so I have been running, but less. I really need it to heal completely though.

To rest my knee better.. maybe change up my exercise routine.

I really wanted to have a couple of beers on the porch since the weather was so nice.. I had lemon water instead.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn't meal prep for my lunches, but I make sure to have lunch made the night before. I usually meal prep for the week on Sundays.
