What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Upset with myself seeing the last weight I had been at the end of the last DietBet I took part in. But, also a little encouraging because I know if I was able to do it before, I can do it again. Plus, this is a Transformer so I'm accountable for six months which is a good amount of time to change some habits.
