Unfortunately I won’t be making this round the last 2 rounds were waisted I let my self go kinda went into a depression I’m back I’m definitely going to kick some ass these next rounds no more Excuses for me I’m not going to let my self down I just gotta remember I’m doing this for me a better healthy me not anyone else

  • Do you like your scale?!

    I'm looking for scale suggestions because I hate the screen on my scale (the numbers glow bright blue which makes it really hard to take a picture of for weigh-ins).

    My current scale is awesome except for the color of the numbers. It lists weight, BMI, water %, bone density, and muscle mass.

    I don't need a connected device or anything, but would love a scale with the above metrics if possible. I always prefer people's recommendations which is why I'm asking here and not just doing a Google search.

I haven’t gained or lost any weight since round 1 so I definitely won’t make round 2 but I decided to take out bad sugar from my diet and I joined a kickboxing class I’m hoping to get out of this funk of not loosing by round 3

Hit a wall. Haven’t budged for two weeks. I already work out two hours a day and stay under 1200 net calories. First ten pounds came off quick but now I’m just sitting with no progress. What happened?! :(

The body is a mysterious thing. This sort of thing happens and is hard to understand. Unfortunately our bodies didn't come with a user manual to explain it all to us. Yes, carbs absorb water, but... 2 weeks? Eventually the laws of thermodynamics will prevail, so just hang in there. Unless you're the anomaly, in which case I'm sorry. ;^)

I agree with the “shock your body concept.” One thing that I like to do is a time controlled feeding (sometimes called intermittent fasting). Basically, I eat dinner as early as i can. The next morning I continue to fast (I’ll drink black coffee, but other than that, just water.) then I continue to fast ask king as I can. It depends on the day, but anywhere from 1-5ish. I eat a high protein, high healthy fat, and low carb lunch/dinner and then don’t eat again till the next morning. It really isn’t as bad as it sounds

Won round one passed my goal by .2 jumped on the scale this morning and it says I gained 4 pounds since Monday maybe it’s time for a new scale or maybe it’s just water weight i know I didn’t pig out

It likely has do to with your cycle, I definitely wouldn't let it hurt your motivation. Keep making healthy choices and weigh in again next week. While this game is purely what the scale says, ultimately its all about becoming more healthy and making better choices.

No worries. Don't panic happens to me all the time. I typically gain 3# over the course of the day; i.e., from wake up to bedtime, even if I fast.

I have lost about 8 pounds I’m pretty proud of my self I know I still have some time to loose the rest witch is 1 pound on a good day 2 if struggling lol
I haven’t won a diet bet yet I have been in 2 this is my first transformation and I’m not giving up I know I can do I know we all can do it just have to give ourselves that little push and remind ourselves why we’re doing it good luck everyone
