it has been 5 weeks since I quit drinking completely. I cannot believe it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm so happy with how far I've come. going to make it to age 40 (only 2 months away) without any alcohol.

managed to still lose 2 lbs after the last contest and that was over Easter! and I didn't totally deprive myself

I spent the entire weekend landscaping my parents entire front yard!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

since I am visiting family that I haven't seen in 6 months I have eaten HORRIBLY! Just everything in sight has been delicious food. especially coming from California (where everything is still closed) to Texas where there is food and drinks everywhere.

Ate ZERO sugar over Easter weekend! and had only 1 glass of wine! also I felt beautiful and CONFIDENT in my dress this weekend

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly, if I could do this every week, I'd be ecstatic. I ate well, exercised and didn't obsess over the scale because I've been under the goal for a little while

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am 25 days without ANY alcohol!!!! This is really impressive for me as I don't think I've gone more than a week without drinking since I was pregnant 5 years ago. not only has it improved my mood, it has really been the kick start to back on track with losing weight!!

I need to work on more balanced meals for myself and my family.
