Non-scale victory of the week!

I am 25 days without ANY alcohol!!!! This is really impressive for me as I don't think I've gone more than a week without drinking since I was pregnant 5 years ago. not only has it improved my mood, it has really been the kick start to back on track with losing weight!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?
