this was a tough week. I did manage to keep a fairly positive attitude even though I didn’t reach some of my goals

There have been a lot of temptations this week at work that I’ve managed to overcome and I pushed through my anxiety of eating out and picked something light and healthy

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have chronic pain and find it hard to keep up with my work outs. I also find that my weight will fluctuate no matter how well I eat or how much I exercise which is discouraging and I find myself giving up
