What do you feel you could have done better this week?

still giving myself grace because I think my hormones are still off due to the miscarriage. I just need to do what’s right for my body and when my body is ready it will respond. Not necessarily proud or disappointed in myself but neutral, which gives me a much room for improvement. Started WW yesterday!!

Attending an extra day of bootcamp

The weekends were the death of me. I also didn’t meal prep like I should have.

I am going to serious meal prep and stay focused. Also lift heavy now that the challenge is over. I feel like I could have lost muscle.
