Meh not a huge gain but not a victory

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still limited on workouts due to tennis elbow, so going to use the weight vest and focus on legs and abs

A little bit of weight loss is still a victory, just want a little more.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m working with a some tennis elbow so I can’t use a lot of weight with my right arms. I need to bump up the exercise I can do a bit.
