Hi all! Just a quick reminder that the game begins October 1st but you can weigh in up to 14 days into the game. Obviously I recommend weighing asap so you have the most time but no rush!💓 I will be weighing in tomorrow morning. FEELING SO MOTIVATED and ready to kill it!!!! 😭😍

1. My first goal is to get to bed before 10pm EVERY night so my body has a chance to rest and recover! When I feel rested I make better eating and activity decisions.
2. My second goal is to exercise in the morning! It seems like failure for me happens when I put off exercise until the end of the day and run out of time.

If i can stay consistent in exercise and sleep i think that will make huge improvements in my fitness and how I feel each day


Hi, I'm Heather.
My main goal is to get my weight under control in order to manage my blood pressure without medication. I am also going to work on getting more sleep so I'll feel better while having more energy to stay active.
