Had a great day two on track and in the mindset! Onto day 3! Small getaway coming up this weekend so I have to keep my mindset strong so I can carefully choose my treats!

I am looking for new ways to force myself to have more water but here are the problems...

1) I cannot stand flavored water. It is gross to me no matter the flavor combo and it tastes like bad kool aid


2) due to a medical condition I cannot do carbonation and I cannot drink out of straws.

What other ways have to gotten yourself to drink more?

Try a different water maybe too, like electrolyte water. I can drink smart water so quick because itโ€™s smoother idk lol

Switch up your water bottle now and again (straw vs no straw). It helps sometimes

  • Today was a great first day back on track! 2 hard boiled eggs and a banana for breakfast, ham/turkey/cheese rollups and zucchini soup for lunch, and spaghetti squash taco salad for dinner. And I met my water goal! I love being on track, in the right mindset. It feels great!
