  • No matter what happened this weekend, you still have the power to reach your goal. Make sure you’re always losing or learning and set a more concrete yet realistic plan for the coming week! You can do this!!

    I’m very excited about my progress but still have to stay consistent and focused. I always have my rule of “3 by 3”- 3 Big water bottles by 3pm. I added in “and 1 by 9,” and it really changed things! Yes, I have to get up in the middle of the night but I probably was anyway. It’s so much better. I feel so much lighter and well hydrated, especially in these long hot summer days.

I am trying the “3 by 3” method but in my line of work I have to leave my water in the break room so when I get busy with back to back pts. I don’t get in my water

I usually have 3 in by lunch. I try to get it in early. But I have one green tea a day and the rest is water.

  • Happy Monday! It wasn't happy when I woke up. I was tired and grumpy. I got less than 6 hours of sleep and I don't do well with that. I had excuses not to get up and sleep longer but I know I won't work out tonight. Summer nights are for quality movie or game nights so.....I got my s*** together and pressed play. I feel so much friggin better!!! Week 3, Day 1 Upper Fix in the books! 💪????????

Ate fast food today but unlike the usual where I buy a large meal I bought A happy meal from McDonald’s. I felt like I satisfied my cravings without completely over doing it

I used to always get kids meals when I went for fast food. portions are much smaller and I never felt like I was missing our!

I love fast food. Which I know is horrible. When I go to McDonald’s I get a Big Mac and I only eat one of the piece of bread and I don’t get fries. I just take a couple from my kids.

So determined to get there by our anniversary on 7/24. I got this!

  • I'm down 3.1 pounds and 52% of the way to the goal. This morning is open faced egg and bacon bagel sandwich with extra credit plus my coffee with a splash of coconut milk.
