Non-scale victory of the week!
I made it to summer vacation. I have the time now. I am my number 1 priority. I want to feel light and comfortable in my skin, so I need to eat clean, eat the right portions, rest, workout, hydrate and stay positive! I got this! I am a rockstar!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Actually, I did much better this week than last and I feel good about that. I am excited to find a farmer's market. Get a pedicure. Go to the pool. Cook healthy delish foods.
