Non-scale victory of the week!
Someone at work yesterday asked me if Ive been losing eight and said that I look good.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
A day or 2 I took in too many carbs and had to make it up by fasting longer.

I need to make sure that I don't relax because of my success. I need to fast and eat moderately even though it's just the beginning of the bet.
