And the scale went down this morning! Jerri, I think I have seen where some restaurants can replace the cucumber for seaweed paper, but I haven’t tried that.

Honestly. I'm doing shitty. But I will get better. Today I ate less calories. Had a zero calorie energy drink instead of a 600 calorie one and ate way less carbs and calories.

I always think tomorrow ans even now contemplating eating some big calorie shit to feel better.

Drink a BIG glass of water before you eat anything and then reassess. Take a deep breath and be less hard on yourself. Small steps in the right direction are still moving in the right direction!

    How are you feeling?

    I know many of us start off very strong with some big 2022 goals and awesome motivation, but we all know it can be hard to maintain. So, this is your reminder that "perfection is the enemy of progress."

    Has anyone found themselves going so gung-ho with making changes that they feel terrible when they slip up? Or, even worse, it can result in a downward spiral?

    Slow and steady wins the race, and it's a lot easier to continue in the right direction if you have a little grace and focus on small changes and forward motion each day.

    Share if you have felt this or dealt with it in the past!

    Also, share what small, manageable changes you're making this time around!

I have reached this months goal. Focusing on water and increasing vegetables throughout the day.


I am doing great but forget to weigh in in the morning...I teach and am out the door at 6 and come home exhausted and realize after dinner I need to weigh in. I will get back in the hang next week I hope...keep it up everyone (:

For those of you that have a brutal sweet tooth like me especially after a night workout and dinner. Nerds gummy clusters are OP value for calories. 16-17 of them is only 100 calories, hits the spot, and is a good glycogen restorer after tough workouts :muscle:

I’m trying something new this time—a meal delivery program. I just have to pick my calorie target and eat what they send me. So far, I’m loving it!
