Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Staying on track. I start out eating healthy then when I stress I tend to eat junk food. Also I have 3 kids so with their schedule it makes it hard for me to stay on point since they sometimes want pizza etc.
