Was good at making good choices for food.

Very rainy this week so not lots of walking. Plus was sick with cold so this could impact loss on scale. Work hard this coming week to continue weight loss journey.

I feel like I’ve lost weight as clothes are fitting better however scale is not reflecting decrease.

Not ate that bag of chocolates, pasta or drink wine.
