This weekend I was not tracking food and know I made some bad choices. 😣 But all I can do is GET BACK ON TRACK! so here I am prepared for a good day with meals packed, workout at noon and keeping myself accountable!

I need details !!!!!


It's a veggie stir fry. Cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. I threw some chicken in it and some a1. The stir fry came from the produce section of my local grocery store.

  • Work is crazy crazy as we are prepairing for an audit next week... breakfast at the desk to break my fast !! Protein coffee, eggs w/ hot sauce, and some cheese !!
    For those that do the protein coffee what’s your favorite flavor shake to use... I’ve only tried vanilla and caramel !!

In a 32 oz shaker, I make cold brew coffee, chocolate Premier protein shake, and about a tablespoon of sugar free mint syrup over ice. Sooooooo good!!!!

I do caramel, vanilla, cookies and cream ( its OK) and chocolate. I was actually tempted to try the strawberries and cream. Sounds gross but sometimes weird flavor combos like that work? LOL. Ill keep you posted. :)

y'all know what helps me avoid food at the office? I see the way our restrooms look and how ppl don't clean up after themselves in the break room - and yup, or nope, i don't want to eat their food hahahah

  • Unexpected NSV... anyone else go get a pedicure and your leg starts to get tired just while they hold it up to scrub your heel?? 😆 Well today, that didn’t happen! It was no big deal. Must be getting some legs muscle from that stair climber after all!

Sooo I have never had a pedicure !!! It was my reward idea for 100 lbs lost but car accident/buying a new to me car kinda made money super tight .. 125 lbs gone its on !!!!!


Ugh...frustrating @Caitlin. But glad you’re ok. Sounds like great motivation for another 25 pounds gone!
