I resisted tempting food while away on holidays with friends. I chose healthy snacks and only ate when I was hungry. shirt I bought finally fits!

I was down 4 pounds but had a hard time resisting tempting foods and working towards my fitness goals. I am hopeful that this week will go better.

I am going to increase my veggie intake and start journaling what I eat. Instead of eating when I am bored or upset I will go for a walk or talk to someone about my feelings.
