Cut carbs and living off steak, bbq and salad. Anyone else doing this? It seems to be working and nothing else has before. Also, running about 3 times per week.

Exactly what Tracy said. One bad day won't wreck your goals unless you let it domino to the next day, week, etc.

Any tips for obese people going thru this?
I've done the daily challenges Jasmine has posted but I was extremely out of breath after the first 3 in the set. My depression has gotten the best of me for half the day.....

I was recently in a StepBet and ended up having a severe allergic reaction which caused huge blisters to cover the bottoms of my feet. The game host told me to do punching exercises while sitting and those suckers worked my core, arms, and heart! LOL If you're looking for something to do when you can't walk, I highly recommend them!

I've started with Tone It Up workouts on YouTube. There some difficult moves but if I cant do it, I do a move I can do. So if they're doing a crazy squat jump that i cant do, then I do walking lunges. At least I'm still moving and targeting the areas they want me to. And the best thing about videos is there is a pause button. Just because it might take me 40 minutes to do a 25 minute workout doesn't make it any less effective. Little by little you'll get stronger and and further your endurance.

    •10 standing jabs, 10 standing side crunches (same side knee to elbow).

  • I’m just catching up now :/ it’s been a crazy few days!
    Throwback to New Year’s Eve 2017, when I could barely fit into my clothes, I had to search every ski shop in the village to find new pants that fit me and ended up buying an extra large men’s ski pants 😬 I think there’s about 20kg difference between these photos. The “after” pic is from today

Oct 13, 2018 in the evening was when I finally decided to take the leap and buy the 21 Day Meal Plan, after following Jasmine for a while on Insta. I was not prepared; I didn't have groceries or a scale to capture my starting weight. I started anyway, I didn't want to wait a day, or even one more meal. I had never made a serious effort to lose weight before. I was 37 years old, 5' 5 1/2" and when I stepped on my new scale Oct 17th, I weighed 388.8 lb. This morning my scale read 309.6, getting close to 80 lb down and on my way to saying goodbye to the 300s forever!

On April 20th 2008, I weighed in at 305 when I delivered my second child. I had been gaining more and more each year when I finally got fed up and tried to start losing for serious. I have lost 70 lbs on weight watchers, 120 lbs with weight loss medications, only to gain back 70, to then lose 50 and then I gained back again. I saw my sister Vanessa P. Become dedicated to the 21 day meal plan and saw a fire In her like nothing I had ever seen in her before. Her positivity and momentum gave me courage to start again. She is my older sister after all, and I was back up to 271 lbs, only 12 lbs from my highest non pregnancy weight. I started in January 2019 and gave up. Then I started for REAL March 29th. Since then I have lost 21 lbs exactly. I have about 74 lbs to go but I have so much faith in this process!
