Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I’ve put on more weight with each subsequent pregnancy that I’ve had. It’s also been a lot harder to get that weight off after each pregnancy. I still weigh about as much as I did when I was nine months pregnant (end of November 2018) which is really depressing.
