I work on the 7th floor and I’ve committed to taking the stairs, so twice today I climbed them and also did a 45 min spin class this evening. Trying to be dinner and done but I find

Maybe drink a protein shake. It can also help with recovery after a workout.

I just completed my first DietBet today and did not win. I’m honestly not sad because although I didn’t reach my goals on the scale I am finally starting to see food, fitness and my overall health in a new positive light!
