  • Soo hard to find time and not feel guilty to go to the gym with two kids. So after years of gym memberships we’ve decided to bring the gym home!! 😄 excited!! Dumbbells and other items will be delivered soon!!!

Been doing good so far! No junk food, no soda, no over eating, minimal on the carbs and celery juicing in the morning! How's everybody's 4th day?!

I have stayed on track with my WW points for 6 days and walked at least 30 minutes for the last 4 days! Both are huge wins for me since I haven’t tracked points in about 4 months or exercised regularly for at least 2 years!

Down 3.8 pounds so far this week! Been eating super clean and limiting my sugar! Also I work at a childcare center and I take the baby’s for walks in a 4 seater stroller, and I make sure to take the way with a big hill. Yay!!!
