Reducing my daily intake of calories, sticking to a constant workout schedule. My goal is to workout 3 consecutive days this week.

Sleep on time, I heard that good rest is the beginning of weight loss. Workout at least 3 days consecutively, reduce my calorie intake by 400 a day.
