Non-scale victory of the week!

My workout pants are fitting a little looser. My inches list reflect bigger than the scale has.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have been battling an awful upper respiratory infection for 9 days so it has made working out very difficult. If I could manage to make it completely through a workout without awful coughing fits and feeling like I’m choking that would be great!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Listen to my body and not push too hard until I’m over this sickness. I pushed too hard one day and made it to where I wasn’t able to workout anymore the rest of the week.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Me. I’m my biggest obstacle. I do great with working out and eating clean, until I don’t. I can go months staying on plan and then fall off hard. It usually happens if I get an injury. I don’t know why but I start to feel that if I can’t make muscle progress then everything else is out the door.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Exercise, run, eat clean (this is going to be my biggest challenge, my husband leaves for deployment soon and wants to eat everything before he leaves in less than a week) and be kind to my body.
