Non-scale victory of the week!

Got my water and walking in every day this week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Go to bed earlier, but I'm Canadian and the Raptors have been keeping me.up!

Totally failed this past week

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I went away and ate poorly. Need to get on track. Protein and veggies and lots of water. And I need to exercise. I got used to losing weight without moving but that's not working anymore. Time tonseriouslt step it up if i want to lose 5.4 lbs in the next 2 weeks...

Staying on track with my meals and feeling GREAT!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have gotten better sleep. Stayed up.too late a few nights and was tempted by sugary foods and too much coffee the next day.
