Good morning everyone and happy Friday! Final weigh ins begin Monday and last until Tuesday (as late as 11:59 pm that night) It will be the same process as when you weighed in! Once weigh ins begin you will get a word that you need to write down. Once your weight is submitted and verified, you will get an email saying you won! (This can take anywhere from a few hours to a whole day, just be patient!) After everyone has submitted their weight and the weigh ins have ended, you’ll learn how much money you get back! I’m so excited for everyone! If you don’t hit your goal, remember it’s not just about that here in my games. You took the leap for yourself and JOINED. That’s so huge in itself. You hopefully gained some motivation, ideas and tips while also losing a few lbs! I really wanna try to stay good with my eating! We will probably go grocery shopping when I get there and she wants me to make some of my meals!   • So between the 3rd, (we have fireworks where I live so I had a BBQ and drinks) the 4th, (had champagne and hung out at home) and yesterday having Friday off...not much exercise and a lot of drinking.

    To be honest I only had a few bites of sweets...other than the alcohol I stuck pretty well to my WW points.

    Got on the scale this morning and I gained 1.4 lbs. Yes it's a gain, but it could have been a LOT worse considering 3 days of not much movement, alcohol, and some off track eating.

    Back at I again today, heading out with my bf and dog (see pic...she loves exploring) for a hike and some exploring...

    How did everyone else do this holiday week?

  • No matter how your 4th went, today is a brand new day! Don’t take the holiday into Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Keep it moving!!! Have a plan for today, drink your water, go for a walk! Come here and get motivation from all of these amazing posts!!! I’ll post my meals in here to show what I’m eating and I would love to see everyone else’s meals as well! 💗 Here’s my breakfast!!!!! 2 shots of espresso over ice + caramel premier protein! I was up earlier than normal so I also had a slice of toast with peanut butter. Breakfast was 6 points total!

Hello everyone, my name is Jessica and I’m from GA. This is my 3rd DietBet and its helped me stay focused and accountable for my decisions. Since starting two DietBets, almost 2 months ago, I’ve lost a total of 19lbs... but then gained about 2lbs back this past week since I wasn’t in a game and had some sweets. I’m ready to get back on track and continue losing this baby weight. Good luck everyone!

Anyone else struggling with the mental game this challenge? I have plateaued and flared up an old injury at the gym resulting in lots of resting. Finding it very hard to stay motivated. Anyone else at less than 50%?
