Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m honing my calorie /nutrition needs with the brilliance of the MyFitnessPal app I’ve set my calorie count to a modest 2200 calories , but set sodium and carb limits, then when I add exercise entries I try not to eat those calorie allowances
