What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I worked doubles on Monday and Tuesday in the cafe at work. I always eat poorly there and i wasnt able to workout those day either. I gained a few pounds so now I have a longer way to go.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I find that putting in the effort to cook the right food in advance is the most difficult for me. I eat a meal once a day usually and snack a couple times a day. It's hard for me to figure out what to cook and how much to make.
