After losing 60 pounds it’s now coming off much slower. I’ve been plateaued between 179-183 for 2 months now.

Continue making good food choices and getting in at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. I workout intensely 5 days a week and the other 2 “rest” days I take a walk or do yoga.
