  • Stressful and long day at work, all I wanted to do is grab a big ass burrito from Moe's and eat my stress away but I remembered I'm only 1.4 lbs away fron goal and didn't want to sabotage myself! So instead came home made my zucchini crescent pie with asparagus. Wine (measured and tracked) my reward for a hard day! Stay strong peeps, we can do this!

For my last week, I increase my water, lower carbs, increase sleep. I didn't win my first dietbet, but benefitted from the posts and healthy choices it had me making. It was a good investment...cheaper than 1 month at the gym!

So i am having gym burn out. Ok not really burn out so much as bored out. I go i do what i need some cardio some weights, then shower and home. Anyone know of any great workout programs or apps to build a workout that wont cost and arm and a leg?.

Also, when I do go to the gym I use it as a time to watch my fave YouTube channels while I’m doing the elliptical, stairs or bike! Helps me look forward to going.

I occasionally watch Netflix while on the elliptical...I get so into the shows, I hardly notice when an hour goes by ;)

  • New challenge! Did you realize how many different gyms, state parks, trails, workout equipment + classes and locations of all those things that there are? This week I challenge you to explore and try a new place as you may find a new spot that could make your jump out of bed in the morning or show up for that hard workout! Let us know what you tried or where you explored below! If you never try then you never know!

after doing 5 days of cardio (Zumba and Strong by Zumba) I tried out some weight lifting and am so excited to incorporate that into my work out routine every week

I did go the rail trail close to the san Juan Bay in Cataño,PR is really amazoning in the afternoon. During the morning I do my walking routine close to my house every doay.
