Good plans, especially the water, and get good rest tonight! Also, if you’re not used to a heavy workout, I wouldn’t do it, as inflammation caused by unusual muscle usage can cause temporary weight gain! Lastly, if you’re not already, have someone else take the photos instead of doing selfies - the phone weighs something too!
