Same here!!! I made it by ounces. Tried eating lighter this weekend but can only do so much without compromising supply!

I hear you! Same here.
I’ve been focusing on cutting sugar and carbs. Eating complex carbs only, tons of veggies and PROTEIN. At least 100g a day!
I snuck in a win with this diet bet, but it was dicey the whole week before!

Keeping milk supply while losing weight is definitely a balance. But it is possible!!! :muscle:
