I was able to feel confident on a roller coaster in shorts

I did indulge a little on my boyfriends birthday on the 20th and was worried about my final weigh in because of it.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m going to need to go down a size in shorts soon because mine are getting loose!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have stuck to my macros a bit better. I went over a little. I’ve also been in pain so exercise has been minimal.

We went to the mall and I was able to resist the Chinese place in the food court

I still need to sleep better but have talked to my doctor because it’s been a consistent problem and she ordered a sleep study
