I was able to remove the extender from my bra!!

Yesterday I kept reminding myself that Ilanas program works. Many temptations that I avoided by reminding myself that I want to be healthy.

I had a few days that I could have stopped myself from snacking and instead ate chocolate like no other

We went on a hike for our anniversary with a veggie full picnic afterwards . Wonderful hike and I did it!!!

I have so much more energy! walked my dogs every day except Monday!!

avoided temptation. I allowed myself to eat some taffy and popcorn rather than walking away.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I traveled to see my folks and did food prep to eat healthy meals on the way...7 hour drive and then prepped and ate healthy while with my folks. I did have a small dish of ice cream with them each night...family tradition...but ki kept it small and chose a healthy ice cream option. I looked at lots of snacks etc and avoided them all!

drinking more water and actually exercising ... did lots of yard work

I resisted purchasing junk food at the store and came home to make a healthy dinner instead!
